No matter what the issue is, we will do everything in our power to make sure your questions and problems are taken care of. Our knowledge of the motorcycle industry is very extensive, so even if you have a question about something other than windshields, feel free to ask one of our service representatives.

Customer-Friendly Return and Exchange Policy:

We understand sometimes it is hard to judge what is the best height of a windshield for optimal wind protection, as well as what tint will work best for your style of riding. That is why Long Ride Shields has a customer-friendly exchange policy. In the unfortunate situation you ordered the wrong windshield and would like to change the height or tint, follow the steps below: 

Please Note: We do not accept any exchanges on windshields in which the protective plastic the shield was originally shipped in has been removed. Exchanges can be requested up to 60 days from date the order was delivered to your home.

Step 1: Submit your request through our online portal Click Here to Enter Portal 

Step 2: Package back up your order with the receipt included. On this receipt, write your RMA # and shield you would like for the exchange. 

Step 3: Ship the order back to our facility.

Step 4: Once your original shield is returned, a service representative will submit an order for the exchange shield and an invoice will be emailed to you for the shipping costs of the exchange shield. 

Please Note: You will be required to pay the shipping cost of the shield back to our facility, as well as the shipping cost of the new exchange shield out to you. 

Return Policy:

Even though it is very rare, we understand sometimes that an LRS Recurve Windshield is not for everyone. Whether it is the style, tint, or fitment, we have designed an easy and customer friendly way for our customers to return an order. For a return, please follow the steps below:

Please Note: We do not accept any returns on windshields in which the protective plastic the shield was originally shipped in has been removed.  Returns for a refund can be requested up to 30 days from the date your order was delivered to your home.

Step 1: Submit your request through our online portal Click Here to Enter Portal 

Step 2: Package up your order with the receipt included. On this receipt write your RMA #, and write "Refund" on the receipt as well.

Step 3: Ship the order back to our facility.

Step 4: Once your order is received, a service representative will issue the refund to the original payment method minus the restocking fee.

Please Note: You will be required to pay the shipping cost of the shield back to our facility. There will be a $15 restocking fee assessed to all returned orders.
