Customer Friendly Return and Exchange Program 

Here at Long Ride Shields, we strive to give the most outstanding and positive customer service to all of our customers. No matter what the issue is, we will do everything in our power to make sure your questions and problems are taken care of. Our knowledge of the motorcycle industry is very extensive, so even if you have a question about something other than windshields, feel free to ask one of our service representatives. Exchange Policy:

We understand sometimes it is hard to judge what is the best height of a windshield for optimal wind protection, as well as what tint will work best for your style of riding. That is why Long Ride Shields has a customer-friendly exchange policy. In the unfortunate situation, you ordered the wrong windshield, adn would like to change the height or tint, follow the steps below. 

Please Note: We do not accept any exchanges on windshields in which the plastic seal that the shields have been shipped in has been removed. 

Step 1: Contact Long Ride Shields for an RMA #. Tel: (775) 331 - 3789

Step 2: Package back up your order, with the Invoice included. On this invoice right your RMA #, and what you would like to exchange your order too. 

Step 3: Ship the Order back to our facility. Address: 740 Freeport Blvd. Suite 102, Sparks Nevada 89431

Step 4: Once your order is recieved, a service representative will reach out and issue out your exchange shield. 

Please Note: You will be required to pay the shipping cost of the shield back to our facility, as well as the shipping cost of the new exchange shield out to you. This cost is usually around the $15 - $20 range in the contiguous U.S.A..

Return Policy:

Even though it is very rare, we understand sometimes that an LRS Recurve Windshield is not for everyone. Whether it is the style, tint, or fitment, we have designed an easy and customer friendly way for our customers to return an order. For a return, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Contact Long Ride Shields for an RMA #. Tel: (775) 331 - 3789

Step 2: Package back up your order, with the Invoice included. On this invoice right your RMA #, and write Refund on the invoice as well.

Step 3: Ship the Order back to our facility. Address: 740 Freeport Blvd. Suite 102, Sparks Nevada 89431

Step 4: Once your order is recieved, a service representative will reach out and issue out your refund over the phone. We will not issue refunds, without the customer on the phone. This is because we like to double check the accounts information before hand. 

Please Note: You will be required to pay the shipping cost of the shield back to our facility. You will also have to pay a re-stocking fee for your order of $15.00.
