Returns and Exchanges
LRS™ DOES NOT stock any windshields. All windshields purchased are made-to-order (Custom).
Exchange Policy:
If you ordered the wrong windshield and would like to change the height or tint, follow the steps below:
Please Note:
- Removing protective plastic voids exchange.
- Exchanges are only accepted from the United States.
- Exchanges can be requested up to 30 days from date of delivery.
- Windshields with a laser etching are not eligible for exchange.
- There is a flat rate fee of $35.00 for all exchanges. This covers shipping in both directions and the restocking of your original shield.
Step 2: Affix the return label that is emailed to you in the step above.
Step 3: Give the package to your local postman (USPS).
Step 4: Once we receive your shield, we will then ship your replacement.

Return Policy:
If you have changed your mind and would like to return the shield for an in-store credit, follow the steps below:
Please Note:
- Removing protective plastic voids return.
- Returns can be requested for up to 30 days from delivery.
- All refunds will be issued in the form of an in-store credit.
- Windshields with a laser etching are not eligible for return.
- There will be a $35.00 fee subtracted from any refund amount. This covers the cost of shipping and the restocking fee.

Step 4: Once we receive your shield, we will then issue an in-store credit
